Fall Creek Library Leads by Making Research Fun!

Kimberly Andrew seamlessly incorporates technology in her Library curriculum design.
Kimberly is completing her Masters Degree Practicum in
Library and Information Science from TWU.

4th grade students learned about how mapping the United States and Patchwork Quilts are related. They explored the Coretta Scott King award and read about her on Britannica online. They listened to The Patchwork Quilt  by Valerie Flourno and Jerry Pinkney read by LeVar Burton and created their own digital mind maps using Bubbl.us on their Chrome books.
Kimberly also was awarded The Coding prize from DDI!  How deserving!!!!
